Someone said yes for fafsa but i havent seen anything about TAP.

Absolutely you have to report it on FAFSA
you didn't even mention what state's TAP, so we have no way of even seeing if we can find the answer
my guess is that you must... simply because it is still household income.
when money is coming in..... even if unearned, it goes towards household income
on FAFSA it is reported in an area that all unearned income goes (watch for it, not the same as "regular" income)
