Should I pray tahajjud prayers or taraweeh prayers?

Which one is more better than the other?

If I pray witr in taraweeh......it means I'm not allowed to pray tajjahud?

Tahajjud and taraveeh are the same thing. In Ramazan, we call it Taraveeh and in Non ramadan months, it is called Tahajjud. Ofcourse praying with Jama'at is more rewarding though.

Yes, Witr should be the last Salah of the day.

In Ramadan Taravih is better. In other months tahajjud is better, I think.
