What site is the best/easiest for blogging?

I want to start a blog. What is the most relevant/easiest/best site to use?

    The best is to install WordPress (www.wordpress.org), Drupal (www.drupal.org or some other blogging software or CMS on your own domain where your host may have an easy installation app, but some might find running their own domain a bit daunting or too time consuming, in which case they may opt for something like Live Journal (www.livejournal.com) or Google's Blogger at www.blogger.com.

    It's a tossup between Joomla and Wordpress. Some might say something else though.
