I'll assume you mean
(3+√7)/(3-√7) + (3-√7)/(3+√7)
Just combine the fractions to get
1/2[(3+√7)^2 + (3-√7)^2] =
1/2*(9+7+9+7+6√7 - 6√7) =
1/2*(32) = 16.
So a = 16, b = 0.

If you mean this...: (3+√7/3) - (√7+3-√7/3) + (√7) = a + b√7
Solution:
(3+√7/3) - (√7+3-√7/3) + (√7) = a + b√7
((1) + (√7/3)) - ((√7/3) + (1) - (√7/3)) + (√7) = a + b√7
(1) + (√7/3) - (√7/3) + (1) - (√7/3) + (√7) = a + b√7
2 - √7/3 + √7 = a + b√7
2(3) - √7/3(3) + √7(3) = a + b√7
6 - √7 + 3√7 = a + b√7
6 + 2√7 = a + b√7
So,
a = 6
b = 2
