Netflix changed anime from dubbed to subbed?

I was watching D. Gray Man today on Netflix and it was dubbed, and I had to take a break on Season 2 Episode 5, and when I returned to watching it, it was subbed. So I looked through some of the episodes I saw today, and it looks like season one is dubbed, but season two is subbed, even though I was watching season one and two today where both were dubbed. Did they really only change one season right at the time I was away? I just think its strange. Plus, I noticed a bunch of my other favorite animes are either gone or subbed, which makes me sad because I'm not a huge fan of subbed. Do you think there will ever be the option to choose between subbed or dubbed?
