Why aren't turkey drumsticks more common on the fast food market?

    Probably because they take quite a long time to cook properly, some specialty equipment and a little more training that standard fast food employees are given. A place like El Pollo Loco might be able to handle this, but anything "fast food" probably not, unless it was precooked and reheated, which just wouldn't taste quite as good. Save it for county fairs and amusement parks.
