Is it okay for me to feed my dog Greenies?

I feed him a 12CM stick once a day, after his breakfast, then the rest of the day, his scot-free.

Is it okay for me to feed him those? I really want to take good care of his teeth, because I don't want him to suffer from periodontal disease.

Yup! Dogs love greenies and they're ok for them.

Greenies have proven to be a choking hazard. They are fine as treats, but NEVER leave the dog unattended with one.

The best way to clean a dog's teeth is to brush them. Greenies do the same thing for dogs as chewing gum does for humans. It gets the saliva working, and it kind of rubs around the plaque, but it doesn't do a really good job of cleaning teeth.
