I doubt it. All that is possible are a few rough calculations. I'm going to assume you get all 4.0 grades in junior year.

3-year scenario (where your school counts sophomore, junior, and senior year)

At the end of your junior year, (remembering my all 4.0 assumption) , you would end junior year with around a

    [(3.08 + 4.00) / 2] = 3.54

4-year scenario (where your school counts freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior year)

At the end of your junior year, (remembering my all 4.0 assumption) , you would end junior year with around a

    { [(3.08 x 2) + 4.00)] / 3 } = 3.39

Although I talked about 3 and 4 year scenarios, the rough calculations above do not take into account what the possibilities are for what happens in your senior year.

I was just trying to estimate your max. GPA at the end of junior year.
