Exercises to lose belly fat & back fat?

I'm pretty chubby. & I have a fat back kinda, also my legs are kinda fat I just want the gap . I also need to know what are good foods for this? Please help :(

    Jogging OR brisk walking 5 days a week. Zumba dance videos are even good.
