My dog rubs it's but on the ground/ carpet .?

I picked him up an his stomach felt rumbly and 5 minutes later that's what he did

    Rubbing the butt on the carpet is a sign of an impacted anal gland. You can get a vet or groomer to fix that for you, (or you can watch a YouTube tutorial to learn how to do it yourself.) and it's normally caused by the dog having stool that is too soft, as a good hard poo will squeeze the gland as it's coming out.

    If it's a common problem, you can try changing your dogs food to see if it helps.

    My sisters dog, my bros dog, and my grandmas dog do that. It's normal and harmless. Except to the floor. Just scold him, spray with water or something. He will learn.

    It could be many things, its annal sacks might need to be released, his butt might itch or worms.
