after 11 weeks of fmla can i get unemployment?

I have enough accrued time to get through 11 weeks of FMLA . After that, if I resign because company has caused hardship via changing my position, can I collect unemployment

    In the majority of cases, unemployment is denied if you resign from your job.

    no, typically if you quit its your choice and you will not qualify for UE. you typically only get approved for UE if the reason you leaving the job is no fault or choice of your own
