Is the book "and then there was none" an easy to understand read for a 13 year old and a good read?

I'd say yes to both. You may have a bit of trouble with some of the idioms of the time, but that shouldn't be a huge impediment.

I think I was 9 when I read it. A 13 year old should be old enough to be able to handle any novel.

Yes, it'll be perfectly fine for you to read it. I remember that was a book my 7th grade English class had to read. I enjoyed reading that book, but it might not be the same for everyone.

Not really. For me it was really hard to follow and overall not a very good book. But everyone has there own opinion so who knows you might really enjoy it. I'm 16.
