What happens if you accedently eat 100-200 more calories then your recommended amount?

I am I runner I am supposto eat 2,668 calories a day and probably had someware between 2,800-3,000. Will I gain weight now?

    Your body will store the calories. You wont gain weight by eating over your limit one time. If you could I think people would be a lot heavier.

    If its just for today you've got nothing to worry about just make sure you keep working out very often and besides you'll burn those extra calories off sleeping through the night

    It takes 3500 extra cals to gain 1 pound. So youd have to do that for weeks to month straight to even gain anything

    No it's not a big deal at all. Just don't do it again. You won't gain anything.
