Michigan State University or University of Arkansas and why?

Both schools are out of state for me. Recentally I went to U of Alabama and Auburn to tour the campus. I liked the size and generally the area in and around Tuscaloosa. I didn't like Auburn for a couple of reasons one being the area it was in was too small town for me. Also the University of Arkansas at Fayettville.

Neither. It is a total waste of money or debt to attend an out of state public undergraduate university. You can get just as good an education at the public university in your own state and you can vacation every year in the other state for much less than the difference between instate tuition fees and out of state tuition fees.
