Good morning, class. I am you new form-teacher, Mrs. Hui.

I will hope we'll be a happy class, and that everyone

will be success in their schoolwork and make a lot of

friend this year. There are some rules which I think are

very important and I'll list them out on the board now.

1. Every student must in the classroom ten minutes

before the morning bell.

2. There must be absolute silent before I arrive.

3. No student should copy another's homeworks.

4. No student may speak without first putting his hand.

5. Students must keep their hair shorter and have it cut

at least once a fortnight.

6. The class must take turn to decorate the classroom

in a educational way. The wall displays will be changed

in every three weeks.

7. I'll refer the students by their class numbers only,

so you should all know each other numbers.

8. Coughing is not permit as it may disturb others.

9. Students must never daydream, but concentrate

fully on what I am speaking.

10. No correction ink may ever be use. If a mistake

is made, whole page must be written again.

Now, I'm sure all of you will agree that these all

rules are reasonable and will helping you to make

5C the good class in the school.

    6. The class must take turn to decorate the classroom

in an educational way. [in an educational way並不是合理的英語講法 – with educational content可能較合句意想表達裝飾的「內容」而不是以「教育方法作為課室的裝飾」] The wall displays will be changed

    [] every three weeks.

    7. I'll refer to students by their class numbers only,

so you should all know each other’s numbers. [學校不是監獄吧…老師是有責任認識每個同學的名字身世性格興趣能力和營造一個小社會…你不能一面期望大家開心上學卻又把學生視為囚犯。]

    8. Coughing is not permitted as it may disturb others. [Unreasonable]9. Students must never daydream, but concentrate

fully on when I am speaking [或what I am saying].

    10. No correction ink may ever be used. If a mistake

is made, the whole page must be written again. [For every page mistaken and discarded, you need to plant a tree and take 20 years to produce that piece of paper. – this is poor education rule.]

Now, I'm sure all of you will agree that these []

rules are reasonable [absolutely unreasonable] and will help[] you to make

5C a good class [prison] in the school.
