Loudest sub/subs i can get for 600$?

I have a kicker 2500.1 amp and am looking for new subs. I had two RE audio sxx's and they were awesome. They blew a while back so im debating. should i get the same ones or should I get one RE audio XXX, or one Orion Hcca 12? any ideas for a loud sub or subs? I want to be heard for a mile away
