My period only lasted one day and it was heavy.?

I am 13 and I have had my period since I was 11. This year, I have not had my period for April and May. On June my period came back and lasted 3 days. It's July now, and my period came, but lasted one day. It has never been so short. It was heavy. Someone please help? Thank you.

I am very scared, and I need to know if it's normal or not.
