Can I wear a tampon to swim?

I know I can, I've had my period for years! But its nearly over. Its been 3-4 days and im going swimming later. My bikini is white so I don't want no leaking! I know being in water cuts the flow but I really don't want no leaking!

Is it sate to wear a tampon? I use regular by u by kotex.

Im really co concerned as i do not want to risk TSS

Yes. Buy a super absorbent one. You know how they have different sizes based on size of flow? Well buy the tampon for the biggest flow.
