sorry if the question sounds too generic .. but it is serious ..

i am a freelance graphic designer, i usually participate in crowd sourcing sites but unfortunately its not profitable ...

so lately i've been thinking seriously about making my own crowd sourcing site .. i don't have a background in coding sites but im able to learn, so .. the question is .. will it be easy for me to make my dream come true, will it be expensive, what steps should i follow

No!

Will it be Expensive?

Yes

As for the steps there are lots.

Need to research laws in your area.

Secure scripting for your site and maybe even some server admin.

A lot of this can and should be placed in the hands of professionals. A lawyer will be a must.
