Hello Susan, sorry to hear you are having issues seeing both of your email accounts with Yahoo!. From your question, it sounds as though you have been recently switched from our classic mail platform to the newest Yahoo! email format. In this new format, to toggle back and forth, I recommend reading the following help article:
"How do I sign in to my Yahoo! Business Email account?"
You can also get into your business email address by going to http://mail.yourdomain.com/ only replacing "yourdomain.com" with the domain from your email address. If you are not signed in, it will prompt you to sign in and if you are currently signed in, you will be dropped into the business email inbox.
Additionally, if you are stuck in the "basic" version of the new mail format, there is no button to toggle from that mode so you will have to click the link in the upper right had side that says "Switch to the newest Yahoo! Mail".
If you have any issues with this process, then you can contact us anytime by going to:
We hope this helps and good luck!Source(s): http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/biz... http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/contactus

Mine just did. We set it up, we were sending out emails then suddenly it said that there was a problem attaching the file. We logged out went to go it and it says its an invalid account. We called the help line they said it doesn t exist, however we have a few emails sent from it to my business gmail account. So it was there, now gone. And we only sent out half the emails to a list of 25 now I have no idea which of the 25 were sent. This is a huge problem. Plus it was attached to a dropbox account to. It is a huge mess. Super unhappy.

Email addresses don't just disappear...call support at susanrandallphotography.com and they will figure it out for you. There's a number on their webpage.
If that's YOUR website, call your domain/website provider. They can also figure it out for you.
