No.
Hitler loved "Arian" people, not the German people. Hitler murdered millions of native born German people.
God loves everyone, saints and sinners, equally.
A tyrant is noun a ruler who uses power oppressively or unjustly. God is not a tyrant.
With love in Christ.

Hitler used the German people toward his own agenda. God is a father figure and we have free will to accept or deny Him. While you may think His actions are harsh, but they are just. I believe God's only plan is to save us; not destroy us.

it sort of depends upon whose defintion of tyrant you are using. normally a tyrant exercises cruel and unjust authority and control over others.
in that sense God is not a tryrant since nothing he does is either cruel or unjust. it may seem like it at times to those of us who do not have all of the facts, but ultimately everything he does is for the good of those who are the called according to his purposes.

God is not a tyrant. He is a God of love that would never send anyone to hell! Christian "people" have been the evil one's that have murdered more people than anyone.

To the faithful, God shows himself as faithful.
To the brutal, God shows himself as harsh.
You have just given me clear insight into how you treat those around you.... what you're made of. So sad for your family.
