Got 15 Dell Laptops Bios Locked How to Unlock Inspiron 14Z, 17R, 15R, N5010, N5020, N5030, N5040, N5050, N5110?

Additional details: they display hint code, ppid, hdd s/n, and system service tag, plus removing CMOS battery didn't work, dell.com tech support wont help, short circuiting the bios chip is way far from my skills.
