On the new Yahoo! mail, the toolbar (with Reply, forward,folders, etc.) doesn't appear. How do I get it?

The toolbar (with Reply, Forward, Folders, etc) does not appear, or flickers on and then disappears. Also, when I can get into "reply" mode, no "send" button appears.

How do I get the toolbars to appear and stay on screen?

Try Yahoo Mail on a different browser (IE, Google Chrome, Firefox). There is no fix from Yahoo.
