How much treat should i give each day?

I have a hamster. I gave him a small piece of carrot,tomato,cucumber,raw green(spinach).

All the food i gave was raw. So how much treats should i give if i want to give him 2 days of treating time a week?

Don't always use fruits and vegetables, they can be bad for the hamster if you give too much, which you can accidentally do very easily.

I give my hamster a seed or two daily, and another seed or two with his normal food, but I'm trying to fatten my hamster up (he's really skinny), so I'd say that daily a hamster could have a VERY small piece of fruit or vegetable, or two seeds.
