Yes it would, but her teeth aren't sharp or real. at a young age Kaitlyn suffered from a disease called Scurvy, it caused her to lose all her teeth from the bleeding gums that comes with it. At the age of 16 Kaitlyn got false teeth implanted in her mouth. The reason Kaityln talks the way she does it from the false teeth.
