Do you think this man is following me?

Question

Ok so I've seen this old white man two days on the road while going to work in the morning. He tries to get my attention by waving to me in the next lane. I ignore him switch lanes then he tries to keep my speed and go in the other lane trying to waves again. I do lose him about 5 mins after that I believe cus he goes his way to work or wherever he is going. Him waving does make me feel uncomfortable and I don't like it. I don't see him anymore then that time. I dont see him throughout the day or coming home from work. Next time I will be writing his LP # down what do you guys think ?
