Does atheism cling to the bosom of rationality and distrust in divine objects?

I'd cling to the bosom of those divine objects......
But, no. Atheism is simply a case that people grow out of the concept of talking snakes, and invisible magic friends. The rational aspect of it all comes afterwards.

No. For the most part "atheism" is nothing more than a stage of adolescence. It is seldom that you meet a teen who is actually "rational".
