how to treat wrist pain?

I had this wrist pain for about a year. I went to the orthopedic and he gave me a brace and after 4 months i got it off. Now the pain is back and when i wear the brace it doesn't hurt but when i take it off it starts hurting me. what to do??

Take some Tylenol, rub some joint pain relief cream on your wrist, and the get a wrist support or wrap it with Ace wrap.
