Are ghosts the lost souls in purgatory?
I know some of them are demonic and some others are probably non biological creatures from other dimension, what are the rest?

Ah, however the Catholic Church is between the few denominations that does settle for the possibility that souls in a state of purgatorial suffering would no longer be constrained to a minimum of one area. Saints including St. Padre Pio and St. Margaret Mary Alacoque (the nun to whom Christ revealed the devotion to His Sacred heart) have been the two visited by using suffering souls who asked for his or her prayers. it must be that some lost souls are set at liberty by using the devil to lie to or harass the residing and that some ghosts are earthbound souls appearing their Purgatory on earth. The Church makes it possible for the opportunity of the two, if for no different reason than conserving silent on concerns that can't be shown. often speaking, in spite of the shown fact that, a soul that has left the physique does to the two Heaven, Hell, or Purgatory. Heaven is the area of God, and in basic terms purified and thoroughly holy souls circulate there. Hell is the placement of devil, and souls that have rejected Christ or died in a state of mortal sin will circulate there. maximum people who love God and yet have not purified ourselves of attachments to sin and worldly issues will discover ourselves spending time in Purgatory. God can't seem upon sin, so the soul that enters Heaven must be thoroughly cleansed. Souls in Purgatory are stored and on their thank you to Heaven, so Purgatory is a place of suffering and yet of exhilaration, besides. Limbo, as quickly as concept to be the placement the place the souls of unbaptized toddlers and righteous souls who in no way knew Christ, replace into in no way an respected doctrine of the Church. Limbo replace into those days declared to be non-existant.

I think all ghost are demons or fallen angels, they pretend to be people just to deceive for whatever reason, possibly to mislead people.
Demons I believe are the spirits of dead Nephilim who can not be redeemed and roam the earth until judgement day. Nephilim are the hybrid of fallen angels and human women, who mostly lived long ago, they were called giants as well, or even heroes of old, but most if not all were evil.

If you believe in God then the bible tells us that there is no such thing as a ghost. The dead are dead and cannot communicate with the living. Nor does the bible have any concept of purgatory.
Or you can put your faith in Mr. Hagee or the Catholic church. Up to you.

do, all ghosts are demons. there is no such place as purgatory. that is an invention of the catholic church which was invented to get people to pay money for prayers and candles to get their loved ones out of there.
it is not found in the bible and is totally unscriptural.

Ghosts are the stubborn essences of people who have died, and they refuse to Go Into The Light like they should, so they wander around their remembered territories and get a little confused because they're not solid anymore and it can get awkward.
