    Hacking in itself isn't illegal it all depends on how you use the knowledge/talents/abilities you have, i would reccomend learning ms-dos (batch file coding) to start of with, also check out hackforums below, have fun, good luck and watch out for yourself. You can also try making your own linux live usb to hack into hard drives. Hope that helped :)

    C++ hands down.

    You can accomplish many of the same goals using C#, however it is greatly limited on several fronts; in many cases you must write accompanying COM ("native") libraries to achieve your goal.

    C++ has the control (pointers & [de]/references), "far procedures", address manipulation, and direct core access to native system api's. To name just a few.

    If you intend to hack software, C++ is definitely the way to go for an experienced programmer. If you do not already have fairly extensive knowledge of C++, then I recommend C# because you CAN accomplish certain tasks with it's limited capabilities. It has more restrictions on what you can tell Windows to do.

    This is not a "light" subject, it is constantly changing (as it must -- we as humans build many walls, all of which can be climbed/tunneled under/breached/broken-down). And the information on accomplishing your specific goal is rarely defined fully when researched. Most of the time, you will have to use your own intellect and ingenuity to accomplish your task. And that is not a common trait in programmers these days, to be well-honed, or readily accessible in sound mind.

    Are you an artist, or a rockstar? Either way you should be one of them. "Booksmarts" can only take you so far.

    yes that is true it is illegal to hack but if you are a white hat hacker that uses what he/she knows for the better good then it is legal it plus hacking is only illegal if you hack a system that is not yours or without the consent of the systems owner some people what to learn to hack so they can protect them selves from Black hat hackers.

    We hear that the us government is monitoring interweb usage.

    You have just used one of the words they may be looking for.

    This is because it is an illegal activity. Stop now! If you want to learn then go to college.

    Have fun.
