摘要

過去幾年來,智慧型手機需求的快速上升,也帶動了更多企業投入智慧型手機的行列,但由於消費者多變的需求,再加上競爭對手的不確定性,造成智慧型手機的定價難以決定,若價格定得太高,消費者無法接受其價格,導致手機將難以售出,但若價格定得太低,企業難以賺取利潤,甚至會促使其他競爭對手降價,進而演變成價格戰,所以如何制定一個讓市場認定的價格,才是重要的關鍵。

在過去的研究中,大多數探討顧客的購買意願與產品忠誠度,鮮少探討手機產品的定價,因此本研究主要針對現階段市場流行之手機,利用結構方程模式(Structural Equation Model, SEM)結合問卷調查,探討智慧型手機產品定價模式,最後根據AMOS軟體分析結果得出各因子之迴歸係數,建構穩健的定價策略,以提供產業作為後續開發新款手機之參考評估。

Abstract

Over the past few years, the demand of the smartphones is increasing quickly, which has also drives more businesses to invest in the rank of the smartphones. But due to changeable demand of the consumers, coupled with the uncertainty of the competitors, led to the pricing is hard to decide. If the price is too high, the consumers can’t accept, the phone is hard to sale. Otherwise, the price is too low, the businesses is hard to earn the profit, even induce the other competitors reduce the price, and then evolved into a price war. So, that makes a price how to allow the market, just is the important key.

In the past studies, most discussed the purchase intention and the product loyalty of the customers, and that rarely discuss the pricing of mobile phone products. This study focuses on the popular phones of current market, which use of structural equation modeling combined with questionnaires to discuss product pricing model of smartphones. Finally, according to the results with AMOS, we obtain the regression coefficients of each factor, which construct a robust pricing strategy. It will provide a reference for the subsequent development of new phones.
