39 weeks and 5 days pregnant, BACK PAIN, CRAMPS, BLOODY SHOW?

I am 5 cm dilated last time i checked which was last week. i have really bad back pains it won't go away. once in a while i have contractions, and pelvic pains. i have light bleeding once in a while. is it time to go in? it occurs maybe once every 10 minutes to half an hour..no regular contractions but so far thats what i got.

    Generally they don't want you in until you meet the 5-1-1 rule: contractions five minutes apart, one minute long lasting for an hour without stopping.

    However, since you're 5cm already (go you!) it might be best to check with your OB to see if that's going to apply to you.

    No you wait until they are 4-5 mins apart
