Neither Playstation Plus or Xbox Live Gold will be required to play the PS4 and Xbox One. However if you plan on playing online multiplayer games, Gold and Plus will be required to be purchased. Gold is $60 a year/ $5 a month. Plus is $50 a year/ $4.20 a month. If you look an Amazon.com though you can find codes Gold and Plus for around $40 a year.

No, but Xbox Live will be required to play online and use certain features like it always has.

BQ: Playstation Plus is $49.99 a year, Xbox Live is $59.99 a year (these numbers taken directly from the official websites from respected consoles).

    Yes, it'll require xbox live.

PlayStation Plus costs $69.95 AUD for a one-year subscription and $19.95 AUD for a 90-day subscription.

Xbox Live Gold membership is $49.99 for 13 months.

  • of course it will its microsoft, they charge you for every little thing they can.

EDIT: if a guy said 69.95 for ps plus, its because his from another country. hes not wrong its just how the dollar converts as i am from the same country but basically xbox live and ps plus cost the same. except xbox live is a petty charge while ps plus is a premium membership that is an amazing service.

    Xbox Live Gold - $49.99

    PlayStation Plus - $49.99

Source(s): GameStop. That guy who said $69.95 for PS+ doesn't know what he's talking about.
