for sure it concerns for some elements, like if a personality is an excellent kind, and it will be a touch harder for someone above and below easy heights, yet being petite isn't a reason now to not be an actress. there are quite some petite actresses available, and some male actors who're no longer tall in any respect yet do quite properly. some human beings image a lot taller, at your weight, you would possibly want to. Oh, and also you're 5', or 5'a million" in case you may pull it off. Get used to walking in heels. ;-) i'd not unavoidably believe the heights you observe listed for petite actresses, like I wrote, you're 5' a minimum of. Reese Witherspoon is in basic terms over 5'a million" Christina Ricci is 5'a million" or somewhat a lot less. Eva Longoria - 5'2" Hayden Panettiere - 5'a million" Ellen web page - 5'a million" Rachel Bilson - 5'a million' or 5'2". Salma Hayek - 5'2" Natalie Portman - 5'3" Mila Kunis - 5'3" Susan Lucci is probable round 5'a million", i have considered from that to 5'3". Kelly Monaco states she is 5'2" or 5'3" yet i imagine she's somewhat shorter. Winona Rider is about 5'2". Holly Hunter is probable 5'2". Many shorter actresses are properly proportioned, which makes them look a lot taller on movie. workout consultation, do yoga, to get lengthy lean muscle tissues. make useful your posture is truly good, get help with that if needed (you may no longer comprehend your posture isn't the acceptable it would properly be), good posture can upload an inch or more desirable in case you've have undesirable posture. good success!

You only need an agent if you're going to try to work professionally and professional acting is a business. You need to understand a lot more about the business before you're ready to look for an agent.

You can get a list of legitimate agents from the SAG-AFTRA website as well as from industry websites like backstage.com.

Do you understand that you can't just go out and hire an agent? Legitimate agents are paid on commission, getting a percentage of what their clients make. Since they're paid only if their clients book jobs, they're picky about who they take on as clients. And they can be picky because there are a lot more people wanting to be actors than there are roles So it's more like an agent picks you. They're looking for people who have demonstrated that they have the talent, experience and commitment to book professional jobs.

In reality, actors are not "discovered". It's more like starting a company and you are the product that has to be marketed and sold. So you need a good product (talent, training and experience), but you also have to understand the industry. An agent only gets you auditions, you still have to manage your career and make a ton of business decisions related to it. So do your research.

    Good luck.
