Any colleges that would accept 1850 SAT score and 4.9 wgpa/3.9 uwgpa?

I know the gpa is high. but sadly, SAT scores are the struggle. And there are no more tests administered before applying to colleges. Any suggestions on good colleges/universities that would consider with a lower SAT score? (assume involvement in school and many hours) Thanks for your help.
