For having the fantastic restaurant's amazing beef soup, I had been ready for going out at six o' clock in the morning. Although I got there very early, there were still full of people. After I enjoyed that cousine，I was satisfied because the beef was so fresh. The chef sprinkled the souse on the totally raw meat which was sliced on the plate so that I felt a little bit rammish of my first bite. However, it got to well-done soon and the color of soup got to deeper and deeper as well. I guessed the reason was that the blood of beef mingled with the soup gradually.
That's my first experience to get up so early for having a bowl of beef soup and it also didn't let me down. The meat was tender and the soup was good with sweet taste. Well, the price was a little bit high. By the way, I won't suggest anyone to have it in summer because that will be very hot.Source(s): 自己
