Is my cheat diet okay?

Im f, 17, 172cm tall, 57kgs. I work out every week - run 5-6 km 4 times a week, weights and cross training session 3 times a week and have been doing so since January, and I almost never eat over 1650 calories a day. I've decided to have a cheat diet day and I haven't had one in a while-

Breakfast- porridge and fruit

Lunch- focaccia with chicken, egg, bacon and cheese

Dinner- chicken Thai curry

Snacks- 2pieces dark chocolate and a cookie

Is this okay? Will it make a difference?

Why are you even on a diet?

    That's hardly a cheat.

It will make absolutely NO difference.

yes. You are eating too much everyday. You should aim for 1200 calories each day instead

Nο, you can't gain weight in a day. It's fine to have a cheat day.
