how do you use 'en que' in a sentence?

for my spanish presentation i have to use a bunch of different terms and the only one i cant fit in is 'en que'!! please presentation is on clothing but it being used in any sentence is fine just so i can see how it is used, i dont want everyone to comment that they are doing my homework for me i honestly just dont know -___-

    en que materia vas mal? = what subject are u doing bad in?

    en que dia vas a ir a el doctor? = on what day are u going to the docotr?
