If Nerve Agent only impacts living things, how is it a WMD?

    Because it makes living things into dead things, and by its nature it makes a lot of living things into dead things quickly, without having to use massive amounts of the gas.

    EDIT. Of you are looking for a strict definition, many countries go be the NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) definition. Others use CBR (chemical biological, radiological). Conventional weapons, for the purpose of this definition, are not considered WMDs.

    War in itself is a weapon of mass destruction. I think we should not use war.
