why i cant watch horror movies now?

Question

all my life i used to watch horror movies even when i was alone in the dark....i had no problem...i used to enjoy them ....but what now...i cant see horror or disturbing movies ...i get anxiety or something triggers in my heart...i get fainthearted.

note:i have been going through deep anxiety level from few months

My sister was the same, all through childhood she was so ballsy just watched all the horror films in the world. Now she is scared out of her wits. Its just a matter of time and brain chemistry
