Use Malwarebytes Chameleon to remove System Care
Click Start - Run
Type this link into the Run box (you may need to hover your mouse to the link to see the entire link, since not all of the link are displayed, once you hover your mouse to the link, the entire link will be displayed somewhere on the bottom left corner of your screen as a tooltip)
Press Enter after you typed the link into the Run box
The download dialog box will appear, download it to your desktop.
This download is a zipped file, you will need to extract it to a convenient location.
After you have extracted the files, run the file svchost.exe.
A command prompt window will appear, if it is opened and then closed immediately, leave the warning message and try it again, if it still doesn't work, try winlogon.exe, or maybe a file with .com or .scr extension.
Once the command prompt window appears, press any key to continue.
Malwarebytes Chameleon will download and install Malwarebytes Antimalware, then it is going to update Malwarebytes Antimalware, after it is updated, a message box will pop up, click ok
Then Malwarebytes Chameleon will attempt to kill known malicious processes, this may take some time, depending on how much files are running in memory. After it kills known malicious processes, it will launch Malwarebytes Antimalware and run a quick scan.
After the scan, a message box will pop up, click ok, then click Show Results, and then click Remove Selected.
Now you will need to download TDSSKiller from here
Run a scan with it
If rootkits are detected, make sure the action is cure, if cure is not available, select skip.
