Can I substitute chicken for salmon in this recipe?

Like the title says, I wanna use chicken in this recipe instead of salmon. Also, if I decided to bake instead of grill the chicken, how long should I plan to put the chicken in the oven for? Update: Thanks for your answers so far guys :) One more question.

Since salmon is more absorbent than chicken, would it be a good idea to make a few cuts in the raw chicken? Or tenderize it or something? I'm using a chicken breast btw.
