Well here are some scary urban legends:
Hanako: A girl who lives in the third stall of the third floor. She can be summoned by someone knocking her stall three times or calling "are you there". She replies "yes I'm there" and drags the person into the toilet.
Another version is a male ghost who asks if you want blue or red toilet paper.
Blue: hangs you.
Red: cuts your back.
(I'd say green and run X(.
A woman who wears a mask (like those surgeons wear) goes to a child and asks if she's pretty. If the child says no she kills them with scissors. If the child says yes she removes the mask. Her face is cut down the sides. She asks again, how about now, if the child says no she kills them, if they say yes she cuts their gave like hers.
There are new additions to this legend saying that you can confuse her by saying she's average.

In eastern mythology maximum memories contain the ladies turning out to be snakes, because of the fact they think snakes and girls are heavily regarding a minimum of one yet another. One heavily appropriate tale to the snake woman is that there is a palace below the sea on the very intensity. A snake woman lives there who's believed to be the daughter of the sea god. Any guy who is going down and meets her there she marries and she or he takes sturdy care of them. while the guy has to return to his international she provides him particular powers or wealth.
