Very sad news.
I would say either "The End", or "When the Music's Over".
Personally I would choose When The Music's Over as that song features Ray's unique keyboard work a lot more (it even starts off with his playing a chord intro), while "The End" is more guitar driven.
I am mourning with you.

The best song to represent his enthusiasm and quirky self ... I think he always loved the lyrics "motel money, metal madness...." The song is LA Woman. Play it LOUD IN THE CAR AND DRIVE FAST!! Ray would fully approve from any side... and speaking of sides, try "Break on Through" to the other side.... perfect for death, afterlife and LSD mystical-ness.... I'm IN!

yeah, what he said.
probably something with a lot of organ in it. hate to say it, but probably the extended version of light my fire with the keyboard solo in the middle.

You didn't personally know him, so don't use the word "cope" as if his death has burdened you and you need healing.
