..........Nearer Than The Moon..........
Dictionaries, claiming to reveal,
Only highlight all that words can't feel.
E-K-G's, with monitoring lines,
Loss of love, within a heart, won't find.
Calenders, created to expire,
Show no markings, circles of desire
Happy friends, concerned with free advice,
Never wield a healing grief device.
Smallest gestures, large in meaning sent,
Yield a wave of feeling never spent.
Eyes of warmth keep watch when far away.
Selfish eyes grow cold in what they take.
Future hopes, with edges warped a bit,
Yield a join in truth that will not fit.
Losing love and grieving, some presume
Answers never nearer than The Moon.

Also, events over the past few weeks
have kept me away from my PC and Yap.
Though I've missed answering many if your posts,
I have followed up and am almost
finished reading (and enjoying) the compositi
