Shawarma help... The specifics that go into a Shawarma Lafa?
While I was visiting the north of Israel (Katzrin, to be specific)... I had the beeest Shawarma!
Out of all the places I ate Shawarma in Israel... Katzrin was the only place that had an option to add this "green garlicky deliciolus-ness" to my Lafa.
So my question is two fold:
1) What is that green garlic-spread stuff they added to my Shawarma?
2) Is there a place in Los Angeles, CA where I can buy some amazing Shawamra like I ate in Katzrin?
