How to lose weight fast?

I'm over weight and really want to lose the extra pounds. What are some ways to lose weight fast?

    Most people would tell you diet and exercise more. Well I've got a way you can lose 40 pounds in 2 months. Want to know why! 1. Set Up Realistic Weight Loss Goals. Don't set a weird goal like 10 pound a day no. 2. Drink Plenty of Water. Drink about 6-8 glass of water per day. 3. Chew More Slowly when You Eat. If you eat 5 smaller a day you will accomplish your goal, but pleas don't eat three enormous meal. That would actual get you fatter. 4. Exercise at least 30 minuets per day. Pleas stay away from pills they could kill you, some pills could help but there is a few that do help. If you follow this correctly you will achieve your weight goal.

    The most effective way at losing weight while remaining in a healthy state is by exercising. Keep a stable diet and try to incorporate different types of exercise, such as running, into your day.

    Hi

    Quit snacking in between meals.Do not fall for snacks in between meals. This is especially true for those who have to travel a lot. They feel that the only time they can get a bite to eat is snacks and junk food. The main problem with most snacks and junk food is that they are usually less filling and contain a lot of fat and calories. Just think about French fries tempting but terribly fattening.

    SOUP!! Its homemade. 1 bundle celery 900 g tomatoes 6 large onions 2 cans green beans 2 beef stock cubes 1.5 kg carrots 1 pkt white onion soup 1 green pepper ! Fat burning soup from sacred memorial hospital for rapid weight loss for overweight heart patients! Oops forgot add salt pepper and parsely plus minus 3 litres of water boil rapidly 10 min then simmer till veg are soft ! The more u eat the more you loose no bread no alcohol no gassy cooldrinks no diet cooldrink

    I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

    Hi 50 to 55% of your diet should be carbohydrates. It is a myth that you

    should try and avoid carbohydrates when you are on a diet. Rather the other way round I

    should say. Carbohydrates are a ready source of energy and so 50 to 55% of your diet

    should be carbohydrates.
