Blue Screen Error In Dell Laptop.?
I have a problem with my 14z N411z Laptop.
it hanged and showed Blue Screen error Of 0x000000101 type... i don't know how to solve this, i've bought this in ocotober 2012. and recently warranty expired.. can any one tell me what should i do?

Bluescreen errors may occur due to hardware failures or due to issues with operating system. You may check the system hardware functionality of your computer by running diagnostics on your computer. To run diagnotics:
• Restart your computer and tap F12 at Dell logo.
• Highlight 'Boot to utility partition' and hit Enter.
• Make a note of error code if any.
If the test fails and generates any error code, it might be issue with system hardware and might need replacement. If the diagnostics pass, you may check if the system exhibits the same behavior in 'Safe Mode with Networking' by following the steps below:
• Restart the computer and tap F8 key during the boot process.
• Select “Safe Mode with Networking” and press Enter.
• Select the user account at the log in screen and check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, you may perform a system restore and restore it to the date prior this issue occurred. It means the display driver is broken. The computer crashes and shows the bluescreen to let you know. You should go Dell's website and go to the model you have (search by serial number on the bottom of the machine). Then, install the latest display driver. It should fix you up. If it doesn't there could be something worse wrong. Truth be told, it almost certainly will be fixed by a driver update.

ok so please reinstall OS again then good your OS is some fie missing ya BIOS cropate so please try it
