The experts point out that women make different decisions about employment than men do - both in terms of hours worked and the careers chosen.

The experts point out that for both men and women, employment something is something we are paid to do. Volunteerism and taking care of our own homes are not the same things as being employed.

I spent most of this past weekend doing yard and house chores. That however is not employment - it's an obligation almost everyone has.
