(2)Social and technical:-

Its social science means subject deal with organization and behaviour of people in societies(ussr) and communities,including sociology(China),anthropology,economics (usa+China) and history(usa,ussr,China.)

In technical=simply technical college=further education that teaches practical skills+applied science necessary to Industry+buz.

The above two join venture in common are:-applied science+buz in sociology+economics to factor-merger sucessfully!
